However, for more competitive programs such as care, it may take longer for them to be included in the program, to even begin the process of satisfying conditions that further delay the transfer. Uniform Articulation Agreement Between The University of North Carolina RN to BSN Programs The uniformity articulation agreement encourages students enrolled in the education of nurses who move between Community Colleges in North Carolina and the constituent institutions of the University of North Carolina to obtain a bachelor of science degree at Nursing. First, articulation agreements are formal partnerships between at least two higher education institutions. As a general rule, these agreements exist between a community school and a four-year institution. The goal is to create a seamless transfer for students.
